REFUND & RETURN POLICY
- Any queries/concerns related to deliveries should be addressed to the support team ([email protected]) within 24 hrs. of the product received by the customer.
- Services/Subscription can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in case of wrong Services/Subscription .
- Prepaid orders are not eligible for refunds if returned (as cosmetic products are not re-usable due to hygiene factors), they will only be re-shipped after sending a query on [email protected]
- Payment refunds will be applicable only on prepaid orders in case incorrect products are delivered.
- COD orders are not eligible for a refund.
- Press24 News will not charge for replacements if wrong Services/Subscription (incomplete sets/ incorrect style/wrong/damaged products) are delivered to the customer.
- It is mandatory to send the photos of invoice & Services/Subscription to further the process in case a customer receives damaged products.
No exchanges are allowed. Services/Subscription can not be exchanged for any if wrong Services is delivered exchange is possible.
You can Email Us at [email protected] within 7 days from date of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
For Subscription: Subscription : Subscription used/delivered can only be cancelled in next billing cycle and not refunded only when informed the support team within 1 hour of the delivery, also please ensure that the tags are intact.
Guidelines for a valid return:
- Services , if any, should be in original condition
- Services should be retained and non used

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your order before the services has been used/full flied. Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of Online Payment.
You can cancel an order using the following steps:
Step 1. Login to your Press24 News Account
Step 2. Click on “My Orders”
Step 3. Select the order & Click on “Cancel Order”
Please note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests. Cancellation charges Rs.100 will be charged after the order is completed/shipped.
- Refund is provided for PREPAID orders only.
- Your refund will be initiated within working days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.
- Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
MODE OF REFUND
For both cancelled orders & returned services (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective services delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
